SIMON GOODISON – Managing Director

Simon has been involved with sales and management roles since 1985. His career began in retail management with Marks & Spencer, which led to his appointment as Assistant Store Manager at the age of 20. He began his sales career at Kalamazoo Business Systems and later joined Mercury Communication (part of Cable & Wireless PLC) working in new business, territory and key account roles.

By the age of 30 Simon combined his management and sales backgrounds in a sales management role at Cable & Wireless Communications. This led to his appointment as the youngest UK Sales Director for the UK Business Sales & Public Sector at 32.

For the past 6 years he has provided coaching, consulting and training to a wide variety of sectors including blue-chip companies in publishing, data management, telecoms, IT and professional services. Simon also serves on the management board and as a trustee for an international charity, and featured on the panel of judges for the National Sales Awards.

NEIL MASSA - Managing Director

Neil has been involved with sales and business development since 1988, during which time he has worked for a variety of highly regarded blue-chip organisations. His career started with Rank Xerox where he held roles in sales & sales training in both the direct & indirect sales operations.

A move to Dun & Bradstreet provided the opportunity for Neil to be involved with telesales & field sales management in UK & Europe. He was appointed European Head of Learning & Development for Sales with responsibility for Sales Training across 17 countries and left in 2002 to set up his own business.
