Since the training with Space2 we have been taking time to use moments of customer satisfaction to our advantage. We won’t just accept a customer’s thanks, we ask if there is anything that they can do for us in return. This has resulted in increased cross selling opportunities. The greatest thing is that referrals has become part of our lives, which is a great place for us to be.

Since the programme we have identified 22 sales opportunities and have already closed 3 or 4 of these.  The approach of asking for referrals has exposed us to bigger and different types of customers than would normally have been the case…We are now aware of how we can work more for our customers and what we can offer in the first place.
